Robust short bar feeder suitable also for twin-spindle CNC lathes.
The powerful SS105 bar feeder is designed to handle heavy workpieces on all types of CNC lathes, including twin-spindle models, excelling in its ability to feed large bar diameters up to 105 mm. This model combines the benefits of a small footprint and a 100% electrical drive, meaning it does not require compressed air for its operation. For rapid job changeovers, it features a memory for 200 programs and an absolute encoder on the horizontal axis, while manual channel centerline height adjustment via hand crank takes only a minute. It handles material feeding against a turret stop as well as to a precise programmed position.
