Retraction Systems
Transverse and longitudinal feeder retraction for easy spindle maintenance access.
Retraction systems enable quick and effortless displacement of the bar feeder away from the lathe spindle stock. This provides operators with unobstructed access for maintenance, spindle liner replacement, and machine setup without losing feeder alignment precision.
Easy Access
Quick retraction for maintenance and liner changes
Alignment Repeatability
Precise return to operational axis without re-alignment
High Flexibility
Transverse (X) & longitudinal (Z) stroke options up to 1200 mm
Retraction System Types
Transverse Retraction (X Axis)
Perpendicular to the spindle axis
Feeder movement perpendicular to the lathe spindle axis. Ideal for shops with adequate side space next to the machine tool.
Longitudinal Retraction (Z Axis)
Parallel to the spindle axis
Feeder movement along the longitudinal spindle axis. Allows retracting the feeder backward directly away from the headstock.
